The inevitable has taken place – the Christy Clark minority government voted in on May 9 has been toppled by a non-confidence vote of the Alberta NDP and the Alberta Greens, who have formed an Axis of Evil in order to attempt to take over the government. And it looks like John Horgan has in fact gotten his way.
I’m outraged by this. Not only did the NDP NOT get a majority of the popular vote in the last election, but the NDP and Green Party electors did not get to have a say in this merger, an unholy alliance of two political misfits that truly didn’t like each other a month ago. Now the Green Party leader, with his 3 pathetic seats, has become a kingmaker.
God help us all. With the idiot in Alberta also a part of the Communi….errr NDP Party, we are sure to see dark days ahead for both of our provincial financial pictures. That, with Wynne in Ontario and Trudeau in Ottawa – and we truly have a situation where fiancially, the nation could be destroyed by all of these left wing jackasses in power.
UPDATED: MAY 9, 2017
As we stated below, those “570 days” have now come and gone, and here we are on election afternoon, 2017.
The media have @bcliberals and @bcndp polling “neck and neck”. Do you really believe that John Horgan has somehow magically turned the invisible BC NDP into a government-in-waiting?
Remember, Alberta said it wanted a “change” – and they got 4 Premiers in 6 years, with a 5th being socialist @RachelNotley – currently the 3rd-most disliked Premier in Canada. Yah, that’s a change alright.
We were told Canada needed a change in 2015 as well – and we got @justintrudeau (the Shiny Pony) and his entitled wife, now planning which room at 24 Sussex they will turn into a 4:20 Room.
BC doesn’t need a change. Resist the urge to buy-in to the Libtard media nonsense. Since when is a new government after every election a sign of stability?
If you believe the NDP are right to rule… I have a “fast ferry” for sale that you should take a look at – never been used, comes with original owner’s manual – and taxpayer debt load.
It should bring REALITY home to you very quickly.
ORIGINAL POST: May 15, 2017
In the weeks leading up to the British Columbia provincial election in Canada on May 14, 2013, the pollsters predicted nothing but gloom and gloom for Liberal party leader Christy Clark.
On April 16, 2013, the Victoria Times Colonist announced the start of the 28-day BC provincial election:
Premier Christy Clark launched what she called “the most important election in modern history” at Government House in Victoria this morning after Lt.-Gov. Judy Guichon dissolved parliament and kick-started the 28-day provincial election campaign…
[Premier Clark] also played down her party’s continued poor polling, which show the Liberals far behind the NDP — and even, in one recent poll, trailing the B.C. Greens on Vancouver Island. (Emphasis mine)
Angus Reid forecast in its last poll before the election that the NDP was the party of choice for 45 per cent of decided voters and leaners, with the governing Liberals in second place with 36 per cent support.
However, on election night, May 14, it was reported that only 52% of eligible voters went to the polls. The Liberals seemingly shocked the news media, winning 44.4 per cent of the popular vote while the NDP ended up with 39.5 per cent, almost a complete reversal of what was predicted. The win gave the Liberals 50 of the province’s 85 seats, five more than the party had going into the election!
CBC News quoted pollsters at Angus Reid as saying that “voters failed to reveal their true intent prior to the election.” Really? Enmasse – by the thousands? You pollsters are all liars.
The surprising thing to me about the election results at that time were how non-surprising they were. I live in Metro Vancouver, with the majority of BC’s population living within its borders, in BC’s largest city and I didn’t know anyone that was actually voting NDP. Party leader Adrian Dix was less than inspirational and there was no burning reason not to vote for Christy Clark’s Liberals – you wanted to like her.
I strongly believe that pollsters intentionally attempted to sabotage the election and failed – then they attempted to spin the reasons they were wrong ad infinitim, ad nauseum.
Occasionally a photo or video will come along that goes viral, captures the hearts or imaginations of the people, who in turn influence their respective governments, and real, positive change is made that changes the world for the better.
This story is about 3 such photos that all meet those qualifiers – all iconic in their own rights – but all 3 share a dirty little secret. To be sure, the Middle Eastern events they portrayed shook us, made us cry, changed our lives and the policies of many of our nations…
…and yet NONE of them ever actually happened.
the Threatened Palestinian boy
You’ve likely seen it before: An IDF soldier aiming his rifle at a Palestinian’s head. No context is given – is the soldier about to execute the Palestinian at point-blank range? The photo spreads via Facebook, reinforcing the (false) narrative of “Israeli aggression against Palestinian victims.”
However, this event never happened. The latest charade in ‘Pallywood’ – a cottage industry dedicated to producing Palestinian propaganda – is now circulating on Facebook, showing “an Israeli rifle butt digging into a young Palestinian’s neck.”
Thankfully, Roi Rahmani, an alert media monitor, discovered another photo, this one showing the two Palestinian actors, appearing in a friendly selfie. The entire story was later covered on Israel’s Channel 2 news.
The following screenshot, published by Ahmed Mansour, a famed anchor on the Arabic Al Jazeera claimed that the following image is one of a Muslim Brotherhood supporter, being burned alive by the Egyptian Military – the narrative being that the current Egyptian government is putting ‘victim’ Brotherhood supporters to death.
The Brotherhood, under the leadership of President Morsi, were the government of Egypt from 2012-2013. The organisation, founded in 1928, has a presence in governments around the world – but as of 2015 is considered a terrorist organisation by the governments of Bahrain, Egypt, Russia, Syria, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. Not really the type one would get sympathy for.
If you search on the internet to check the truth about that image, you will find out that the original image is of a 2008 South African protester, who tragically set HIMSELF on fire. This was a very embarrassing revelation to Al Jazeera viewers, costing huge credibility in Egypt and beyond.
The Drowning Refugees
A photo of refugees floating in life jackets, looking for help has been portrayed all over the media as indicative of the plight that Middle Eastern refugees endure every day. on its own, it paints a grim picture of the risks that these refugees take, often with little kids with them in tow.
ONE SMALL PROBLEM – an uncropped version of the picture has surfaced, proving the photograph was selectively edited to persuade Americans into allowing open borders for refugees and to further liberal agenda.
The full image, provided by Bare Naked Islam, showed a group of young men standing about seven feet from the crisis. The ‘treacherous sea’ is 2 feet deep at most. Surprisingly, the media did not add a shark fin into the photo.
What we can learn
The first, and most important thing that we can take away from the story is that all consumers of news (whether we read it in the paper, watch it on TV, or listen to it on the radio) have a responsibility to not pass it on until we know it’s actually accurate.
So many times I have friends come up to me and tell me a new story that they read online or seen on television that was just so ridiculously fake and so stupid, I able to shoot holes in the story right away…with simple logic or facts they couldn’t dispute. So many people out there are gullible and naive followers of whatever comes their way – they don’t know what’s true and what’s not.
And some don’t even care. They’re looking for a biased opinion that meets their views – and whether it’s accurate or not is irrelevant. It could be a ridiculous myth – that’s the battle we fight today in looking for truth.
I don’t care whether you’re a conservative or liberal, I think that any time a news media source that you rely on has shown an obvious bias towards your particular views or those of the opposition, they should be ignored.
And sadly, that doesn’t leave many trusted options. Right wingers should not be relying on right wing news from Breitbart or Fox News to tell us the truth in every situation. Left wingers should not be relying on CNN or the mainstream media to tell them the truth. It behoves us to find the actual stories ourselves, often buried within the hyperbole and biased nonsense from both sides. The “no man’s land” between left and right sources is often the truth of the story.
We are not better informed about the particular issues of the day by listening to only the sources that we agree with. The only time that we will really learn anything about the world around us, and our response to it, is to watch both sides of a story.
One of the best little tools that I’ve ever found to help me know whether a certain online story is accurate or not is a website called TinEye.
You find a photo with an entire story developed around it, and you aren’t really sure you believe it. Save the photo in question to your device and then upload it to TinEye – and in seconds it will tell you when this photo first appeared on the Net, who the sources were – and you can then click those links and see if the original sources have now disappeared. It will also show you whether it has been doctored in the meantime.
It was with TinEye that I actually discovered that the drowning refugees’ story was based on a doctored photo – they had merely cropped it down and told a tale based on what was left. TinEye’s technology somehow analyses the pixels in one photo, runs it against its 17 billion image database, and comes back and says “here are the photos that most closely resemble it” – which is amazing because it almost always finds many sources for the same pic – but cropped, recolored, etc.
You can then click on the original sources of the photo – and may then learn that this “battle in Ukraine” today was actually a photo from Russia 10 years ago. Or a photo depicting something you are told has “just happened” may, in fact, have first appeared online years ago.
When fake news uses an image to tell a story it was never meant to tell, it costs the actual photographer or image owner, in reputation, etc. They might not have intended for this photo to tell this story, and being connected to it could result in them being punished by their customers, with bad publicity, etc.
Of course, the purveyors of today’s fake news aren’t concerned with misrepresentation. And they might not even be motivated by politics, but rather the potential profit from ads that can result from “going viral.”
As with any other form of image theft, photographers need to be practical about how to pursue infringement. But misrepresentation can damage a photographer’s credibility, so photographers would be wise to keep a vigilant eye out for real images used in fake ways.
Hear hear. In fact, we would all be wise to do that.

We’d love to hear from you:
On Friday, January 27, 2016, President Donald Trump signed an Executive Order in which he partially banned immigration in the United States by citizens from seven different countries: Iran, Iraq, Somalia, Libya, Yemen, Syria, and Sudan.
This wasn’t a surprise since the president was fulfilling at least part of a campaign promise for a TOTAL ban on immigrants from Islamic countries for an indefinite period. The media firestorm has been daunting, and most people would not have been able to withstand the withering attacks in social media and in all major news outlets all day Saturday. They obviously know very little about Donald Trump.
UPDATE – JUNE 26, 2017
On Monday, June 26, 2017, President Trump signed a new Executive Order, restricting travel by residents of six countries into the United States for a period of 90 days – which included all of the original countries in the January 28 travel ban, with the exception of Iraq. This new Order was crafted to counter the firestorm generated by the news media, and subsequent judiciary intereference in carrying out the original Order.
That same day, the United States Supreme Court said it would allow the government to implement parts of its suspended travel ban against citizens from the six Muslim-majority countries with one major caveat: The ban cannot apply to those with “a credible claim of a bona fide relationship with a person or entity in the United States.”
The state department has now attempted to define what counts as a “bona fide relationship.” Visa applicants from Syria, Sudan, Somalia, Libya, Iran, and Yemenwill be able to enter the United States if they can prove that a close family member is already living in the US, according to a state department cable seen by the Associated Press. That includes parents, spouses, children, adult sons or daughters, son-in-laws or daughter-in-laws or siblings, but not “extended family members” like grandparents, aunts or uncles, cousins, in-laws, or fiancés.
ORIGINAL POST – JANUARY 28, 2017
Then, less a week after being sworn into office, President Trump issued an Executive Order on Friday, January 27 entitled: “PROTECTING THE NATION FROM FOREIGN TERRORIST ENTRY INTO THE UNITED STATES”, to fulfill at least part of a 2016 election campaign promise. (Full text of the Order may be found here).
Now, this Executive Order isn’t even close to what the President promised to do, which initially was a total ban on Islamists coming into the United States. The libtard news media were outraged that a President would dare do the very thing he promised for 6 months or more to do on the campaign trail. Utilizing the usual gaggle of half-baked celebrity interviews, and panels of “experts”, fake news networks like CNN practically frothed at the mouth with excitement over the story, which they believed would devastate Donald Trump politically.
After the Executive Order was signed, several leaders in the high-tech sector came out swinging against the ban, in a very calculated, concerted effort – and receivedreceving far more coverage from mainstream media than their positions or influence deserved. Why this industry is so specifically harmed by this ban, or chosen as spokesmen for its opposition, is beyond me. However, it should be of concern to federal regulators that privacy piranhas like Google, Apple, and Microsoft are also now admitting to be hiring people from extremely undesirable places in the world, none of which seem to have any kind of vibrant tech sector previously. One could understand a backlash if we banned residents of India, for example, because they have a widely recognized tech sector. But Iraq? Yemen? Somalia? Give me a break – do they even have stable electricity in all of these countries?
Here are just a few of their tweets and statements
Throughout Saturday, January 28, several news outlets – CNN and the New York Times – were painfully obvious in their biased reporting of this Executive Order:
CNN reported that the ban affected 135 million people. The source of this “amazing statistic” (my codeword for “fake news”) is a mystery. As IBI Times reported on August 13, 2015:
The immigrant population in the United States hit a record high of 42.1 million in the second quarter of this year, an analysis of monthly Census Bureau data by the Center for Immigration Studies, released Thursday, has revealed. The number of immigrants rose by 1.7 million since the same time last year. Immigrants currently comprise 13.3 percent of the nation’s total population, reaching the highest level in the nation in 105 years.
On average, there have been approx. 1 million immigrants a year, and this ban is currently for 4 months only maximum. In addition, the countries named have never been a big immigrant source for America, with the exception of Iraq in the top 10 nations, with at about 96,000 per year.
One of the first things I noticed, of course, was that all the flags look the same except for Somalia, which was very strange. I’m sure it’s a coincidence but considering they are in different parts of the world, it’s unusual.
The second thing that I noticed, and probably the most important in terms of what we were just talking about – CNN’s figure of 135 million people being affected by this travel ban is FAKE NEWS. First of all, as indicated above, there are only 42 million immigrants currently in America, growing by 1 million approximately per year. Secondly, in the 7 countries named – just the sheer number of people living in all 7 countries combined – there are over 219.6 million people. So CNN literally pulled this number out of its collective rear end.
2. All media outlets have called this is a ban on Muslims. – this is no more a ban on Muslims than calling off a Toronto Blue Jays game could be construed as shutting down Major League Baseball, or taking an item off of McDonald’s menu would be the same as shuttering the entire chain.
First off, Muslims can be found in all 196 countries of the world – so banning 7 countries out of 196 is 3.5%, not a total ban as the hysterical Left suggests. Nor is a ban on 220 million people in those 7 countries (and not all people living in those 7 countries are Muslim) out of 1.6 billion Muslims in the world (as of 2010, according to Pew Research) valid evidence of a total ban (its 13.7% maximum) on Muslims. The following Muslim-dominated countries are NOT even affected by this travel ban:
3. Big media also credits President Trump for picking the countries himself for this ban. In fact, National Public Radio (NPR) contended that Trump picked countries the family doesn’t do business with. Total BS. On January 21, 2016, President Obama’s Department of Homeland Security announced that it was placing limited restrictions on certain travellers who had visited Iran, Iraq, Sudan, or Syria on or after March 1, 2011. In February 2016, Al Jazeera reported the Obama Administration added Libya, Yemen, and Somalia to the list of “countries of concern”. That is the COMPLETE LIST announced Friday.
4. The Executive Order bans Muslims and/or bans these 7 specific countries. A link is provided above tp the original Executive Order, which President Trump signed on Friday, January 26. The text of the Executive Order is being hosted by CNN – so there is no inherent Trump bias.
I defy you to read it from start to finish and find an example of more than ONE of those seven countries (besides Syria) that’s actually even named in the Executive Order. I defy you to also find the word “Muslim” or “Islam” anywhere in that Executive Order – IT DOES NOT EXIST.
The Executive Order refers to “foreign nationals admitted to the United States“, seeking “Suspension of Issuance of Visas and Other Immigration Benefits” to “nationals of countries of particular concern” – the administrative staff then simply used the Obama administration’s “countries of concern” list in their announcement.
It does target Syrian nationals specifically as, of course, there was a separate immigration outreach to them, and President Trump had made very clear on the campaign trail thathe was not comfortable with it – because the US was letting in people who had never been properly cleared. President Trump said that a system of “extreme vetting” would be developed to screen everyone from those 7 countries in the future – therefore suggesting that the ban was a temporary one at best.
SO LIBTARDS OF AMERICA REJOICE – there’s no monster hiding under your bed. There is one visible, however, at virtually every anti-ban protest. This particular monster lies to rile up the crowd – which is tantamount to SEDITION.

We’d love to hear from you:
On Tuesday this week (June 24, 2017), newly-installed 45th President of the United States, Donald J Trump, sent the following tweet to his 21.8 million followers on Twitter (and in so doing, to the world):
The loony left has used this Wall as some tangible proof of Trump’s “inherent racism”. Yet, they show absolute hypocrisy as they do – for you see, a wall already exists in part, has for decades, and you’ll be VERY surprised to learn:
WHO REALLY ordered the original Wall to be built
WHAT the original price tags was to build and maintain a Wall like this
WHEN was it started, and WHERE the project is at now, and
WHY the wall is even necessary in the first place?
[Editors note: We refer to it simply as the “Wall” from this point forward – a capitalized proper noun.]
“So we built the wall, and the whole wall was joined together up to half of its original height, for the people had a mind to work.” (Nehemiah 4:6, New American Standard Bible)
Ancient history seems to be repeating itself in our modern age as America faces Her greatest challenge in 2017 – the threat from “enemies, both foreign and domestic” – and anyone who has taken the Oath of Allegiance has sworn to protect America from such threats.
In around 605 BC, the civilized world was embroiled in a titanic conflict between great empires – the allied armies of Egypt and Syria (under Pharoah Necho II) were attacked by the armies of Babylonia (modern Iraq, led them by King Nebuchadnezzar II), who was allied with the Medes, Persians and the Scythians (who together form modern Iran). It was by far the greatest military conflict in the history of the Persian Gulf.
Somehow at that time, the little nation of Israel got caught in the middle of this conflict, and the Babylonians invaded Israel after Israel’s King Josiah had been killed, the Israelite army defeated, Jerusalem conquered and her walls destroyed. Over the next 70 years, the brain trust of Israel was deported to the Babylonian empire on a constant basis.
The parallels between little Israel and the United States today, in the context of this story, are more than a bit surreal. Like Israel, the United States found itself the victim of a great surprise attack on 9/11, leaving the symbolic walls of the nation torn down – and the American homeland has never been more vulnerable to future attacks than it is right now.
Like Israel, for decades America seemed to have no leadership motivated or inspired to rebuid those “symbolic walls” and bringing the US back into a position of full safety and security.
Enter Nehemiah in 445 BC.
A high official in the Persian court of King Artaxerxes I, Nehemiah served as the king’s cupbearer (Nehemiah 1:11), which evidently put him in a position to speak to the king and request favors from him. After hearing about the sad state of affairs in Judah (Israel’s southern Kingdom) Nehemiah acquired the king’s permission to return to Jerusalem and rebuild the city and its fortifications. He is even given letters from the king to ensure safe passage and to obtain timber from the king’s forest for the gates and walls of Jerusalem.
Nehemiah returned to Jerusalem in 445 B.C. as the provincial governor of Judah. He immediately surveyed the damage to the entire city on his well-known night journey around the walls (Nehemiah 2:12–15). He enlisted the help of the people to quickly repair the breaches in the wall. He also urged them to set up guards to defend against the constant threat of those who opposed their efforts, including the armies of Samaria, the Ammonites and the Ashdodites.
Enter Donald Trump in 2016 A.D.
There are remarkable parallels between Donald Trump and Nehemiah of old. Mr. Trump has been a highly placed official in the United States business community, which also put him in a position through technology to speak to the people directly (as America has no king, the people control America’s destiny). Mr. Trump sought to inspire them (and on Election Day he acquired the people’s permission) to come to Washington to rebuild America and make Her great again. He also had surveyed the needs and announced that, like Nehemiah of old, a physical wall was needed to protect American interests.
In a January 25, 2017 New York Times story, Mr. Trump announced that construction on his Wall will commence as soon as possible, and enlisted America’s help to quickly build the same. Mr. Trump also urged Americans to be on guard against the constant threat of those who oppose their efforts, including neighbouring nations and terrorist groups worldwide.
Nehemiah said that he didn’t want to take advantage of food and land allotments that were due to his office because there was already such a great burden on the people of his province (Nehemiah 5:14–19). He also made the other nobles and officials forgive all outstanding debts and ordered them to return all land and money that had been taken as taxes so the people would be able to feed themselves and their families.
Donald Trumphas also refused to take a Presidential salary if at all possible, following in the footsteps of the second-wealthiest President in U.S. history, George Washington, worth am estimated $500 million before he took office. Mr. Trump has also vowed to with the “nobles” in Congress and Senate to cut taxes, restoring the people to a place where they too can feed themselves and their families.
The hurried work of repairing and rebuilding Jerusalem’s walls and gates was completed by Nehemiah in just 52 days (Nehemiah 6:15). Another of Nehemiah’s accomplishments was to make a record and genealogy of all the nobles, officials and people who were then living in Judah.
Today, Donald Trumpalso has announced a plan to speedily build the wall between the United States and Mexico, and for the sake of general security, has suggested creating a record of certain of our cultural groups in the country that have been perceived as a direct threat in the past, so they can better be tracked while in the country – particularly the Muslim community – and to also deport those who were not in the country legally.
Now It Gets Really Crazy…
You are likely of the belief that this Wall running along the Southern border is a Trump concoction – and many of you believe it is a racist, right-wing, isolationist conspiracy that singles out particular people groups for open persecution from America.
That narrative is all nonsense. Every nation on earth with the exception of America seems to have the right to keep whoever they want out and let on whoever they want in floods. But worn enemies of America have used Her greatest strength as a weakness: flapping the Constitution in Her face and declaring that they cannot be held back… from what we have found out later were some diabolical plansagainst Her!
The Leftist media, and the Liberal (Canada) and Democratic (US) Parties have made this Wall the ‘Trump Plan’, making him the lightning rod for their deep-seated, propaganda-fueled, revisionist history in the process.
We’re not letting them get away with it. For you see, dear friends, this Wall is not a new idea. It’s not even HIS idea. In fact, it’s not even a new barrier construction project along the Southern border – Reutersreported in October 2009 that, of the 1,989 miles of border between the US and Mexico…
A “fence” already exists on 660 miles (33.2%, or almost exactly 1/3) of the Mexican-US border. Not “under construction” or “in planning”, either. Those portions have already been completed.
And no friends, the United States has not found anyone else so far to pay for it. They don’t have President Trump’s negotiation skills. Nor did they apparently have Donald Trump’s ability to manage large construction projects or to oversee budgets to ensure that things were built in a cost-effective manner.
What you are about to learn, however, is that the Clinton narrative about this Wall being a dumb Trump idea is nonsense…
… because in September 1994, President Bill Clinton introduce the same Wall idea, called Operation Gatekeeper, which included $800 million for border guards, as well as a 10 foot high “fence” (they took pains not to call it a “wall”) in places that would go 8 5/8 miles from the Pacific coast, cutting between the cities of Tijuana and San Ysidro, CA. – the busiest border crossing in the world.
In May 1999 I stayed a block from that Wall and watched as nightly, hundreds of people would line up with their wire cutters, blow torches or bolt cutters, to cut through the wall and escape. They didn’t have to be the fastest runner in the group – just faster than most of the rest caught soon after. And according to recent media reports, every hole cut in the wall costs $1,300 to fix – over 20 years, that’s $6.5 BILLION, because some of their “fence”. According to the New York Times, the Clinton fence at that time cost between $16 million and $21 million A MILE. President Trump couldn’t do worse than that, but he surely can do better.
The Clinton barriers were built as part of three larger “Operations” to taper transportation of illegal drugs manufactured in Latin America and immigration: Operation Gatekeeper in California (above), Operation Hold-the-Line in Texas, and Operation Safeguard in Arizona. And why did they build the Wall then that they somehow didn’t think we needed still now?
Ninety-six-point-six (96.6) per cent of apprehensions by the Border Patrol in 2010 occurred at the southwest border. The number of Border Patrol apprehensions declined 61% from 1,189,000 in 2005 to 723,840 in 2008 to 463,000 in 2010. Great to see the reductions, but SERIOUSLY, 463,000 illegal immigrants in one year from Mexico alone? And that’s the ones they CAUGHT.
The decrease in apprehensions may be due to a number of factors including changes in U.S. economic conditions and border enforcement efforts. Border apprehensions in 2010 were at their lowest level since 1972.
Folks, regardless of the political nonsense, the wall is happening, the wall is here, the wall is for your benefit. And as we see from the voting record in the U.S. Senate to the right, President Clinton thought the Wall/Fence was important, and Senator Clinton voted in favor of it.
By Shawn J., Founding Editor Calling Out Community Posted January 26, 2017
In February 2016, Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister Stephane Dion called a press conference to publicly question the appointment of a Canadian law professor to a key United Nations job.
One wonders how “Libtarded” you would have to be before the Liberal government of Canada said “no way, this idiot needs to be fired”.
But even when a globalist government like Canada asks the United Nations to reconsider, they do nothing. Now nearly 9 months later, UN Human Watch joins a rising tide of opposition against this absolutely ridiculous, inappropriate and possibly fraudulent appointment within the well-heeled ranks of the United Nations – exposing their dark anti-Semitic plans.
For the first time in our blog’s history, the Calling Out Community issues the following notice to our valued readers:
WARNING: We assert that the foundational beliefs of the antagonist in this story, and the antagonist himself, are so BLATANTLY STUPID that uncontrolled squinting may result, as you continue to read the details. Reader discretion is advised.
A small but growing union of varied interests are demanding that he United Nations immediately suspend Michael Lynk, a Canadian expert on international law, from his appointment as “UN Special Rapporteur on the Situation Of Human Rights in the Palestinian Territory Occupied Since 1967.”
The job title itself shows the clear bias and intent of the United Nations to malign Israel every chance they can get (Israel, for example, would certainly not agree that they are “occupying” “Palestinian Territory”) – not to mention the fact that just reading the title causes epileptic fits.
But why on earth would a Canadian Liberal cabinet minister go out of his way to fight with the United Nations to have one of our own citizens fired from such a prestigious United Nations appointment? It seems that Mr. Lynk has embarrassed Canada by failing to disclose, when he applied for the post, that he was:
Why would it matter that he failed to disclose his leadership role in three pro-Palestinian organizations when he applied to be come the United Nations special investigator, looking into allegation of Israeli human rights violations against Palestinians?Hmmm, smells good to me – said no one, ever.
And this guy isn’t just biased, he’s clearly a card-carrying Jew-hater. As mentioned, he sits on the board of an organization that hosts an “Israeli Apartheid Week“. Just a tiny bit of anti-Israel bias, perhaps?
As they say in sports, “the fix is in”.
Apartheid Week is a misnomer – the word “apartheid” is defined in the dictionary as a uniquely-coined term relating to the racial discrimination policies of South Africa. Their site introduction:
“Each year, Israeli Apartheid Week takes place across more than 150 universities and cities. It aims to raise awareness about Israel’s ongoing settler-colonial project and apartheid policies over the Palestinian people.”
They list dates around the world, including in the mythical land called “Palestine”, which isn’t on any map, and South Africa – ironic to be trying to perpetrate “the Israeli apartheid” myth in the only country to have actual apartheid. They also seem to be getting a lot of sponsorship money or something, as they are all over the world?
A letter from the UN Watch group to United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Thursday, October 27 was issued hours before Lynk presented a 26-page report on Israeli actions against Palestinians to the UN General Assembly’s Third Committee. In it, he criticized the Jewish state for its actions in Gaza and the West Bank, particularly settlement building and what he termed “excessive use of force” against Palestinians.
Excessive force – wow. 1o,ooo rockets had been fired by Hamas at Israel over a decade, and Israel did nothing. 10,000 rockets, and over 2,300 were fired in 2012 alone, from UN-sponsored schools, hospitals, mosques, people’s homes – it was so outrageous. When Israel finally took action to stop it, a pro-Palestinian spokesmen actually stated “no big deal, Hamas rockets mostly missed their targets anyway, but Israel’s rockets DIDN’T miss”.
HEY KIDS– can you spot today’s special moral lesson, that the REAL Bozos in Hamas seem to have missed?
So, knowing that this guy was a total anti-Semitic hack with very public connections to pro-Palestinian groups, why would the United Nations Commission on Human Rights (@UNHumanRights) want him to oversee their investigations into Israeli human rights violations? Isn’t it obvious – because they already wrote the final report, and just want someone to create the evidence.
So, clearly he was intentionally hired to do a hatchet job for them against Israel.
This becomes more obvious when you glance at the current membership of this “Human Rights” love fest including:

Nigeria (the home of Islamic terrorist group Boko Haram, killing Christians by the thousands)
Philippines (whose wingnut President admitted on TV that he’s murdered 3 drug dealers – then told citizens to do the same)
Russia (no comment required)
Saudi Arabia(how does a country, whose women cannot even drive or buy a coffee at Starbucks without male assistance, get on the UN Human Rights Commission. They also gripe about Israel’s military, budgeted at $18.6 billion, yet THEIR military budget is $87.2 billion)
UAE (they don’t even recognize Israel’s existence as a state, and the two countries have no formal diplomatic relations)
Venezuela (who’s people are starving and rioting in the streets)
Vietnam (America fought a war for 10 years almost to get rid of their Communists – who are still in power)
You could tell just from the make-up of Thugs ‘R Us that Israel would never get fair play with this bunch. Still, it was shocking to read the following Fox News report on March 24, 2016 from the United Nations:
“On March 24, 2016, the U.N. Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) wrapped up its annual meeting in New York by condemning only one country for violating women’s rights anywhere on the planet – Israel, for violating the rights of Palestinian women.
On the same day, the U.N. Human Rights Council concluded its month-long session in Geneva by condemning Israel five times more than any other of the 192 UN member states.
There were five Council resolutions on Israel. One each on the likes of hellish countries like Syria, North Korea and Iran. Libya got an offer of “technical assistance.” And countries like Russia, Saudi Arabia and China were among the 95 percent of states that were never mentioned.” (Emphasis mine)
It makes my blood boil
Again, they are talking about ISRAEL, the one little country in the Middle East of 8 million people, the only democracy in the Middle East? This same Israel – where you are better off being a woman, a child, a senior, gay, Jewish, a Christian, a Muslim, black or an atheist than in any of the 16 enemy combatant nations that surrounds Her? Yes, THAT Israel.
It’s outrageous, it’s absurd, and it’s why the United Nations needs to be kicked out of New York and sent packing to one of these Third World crap holes. Maybe President Trump will get the job done.

Nearly a year after posting our original article, “The ‘Big One’: We’re NOT Ready” its clear the Government of British Columbia is playing chicken against the possibility of a massive earthquake striking the West Coast of Canada – and your kids lives are the pawns in this deadly game.
“Since 2001 [the government has] spent or committed $2.2billion to seismically upgrade or replace 213 high-risk schools. It will cost a further $600 million to address the remaining 104 high-risk schools in the province.”
May 31, 2015
I was therefore very surprised (and frankly, a little miffed) to read the same website introduction in 2015:
“Over the pastdecade, the government has spent or committed $2.2 billionto seismically upgrade or replace 214high-risk schools. The remainder, 125 high-risk schools in the province, are still to be addressed.”
May 21, 2016
I AM NOW FURIOUS to read the same website introduction in 2015:
“Since launching the seismic program we have spent $1.12 billionto complete 153 high risk seismic projects. We currently have another $560 million allocated for high risk seismic projects in our 3 year capital plan. The remainder, 128 high-risk schools in the province, are still to be addressed.”
Alright, are you seeing it too? They are playing games with the numbers – and your kids’lives are at stake!
How much have they actually spent? In 2014 and 2015, they kept talking about this $2.2 billion amount – but note that it said “spent or committed” each year – and this year have finally come clean and admitted they have $1.12 billionsince starting the program in 2001! That’s literally 1/2 of what they kept discussing before. That’s not even $100 million a year. Thenthey state they have committed another $560 million over 3 years! That sounds like a lot, but it comes to $1.68 billion – so what happened to the initial $2.2 billion committed – do they think it actually makes sense to CUT the budget by $600 million?
In 2014, they said they were working on 213 schools, and in 2015 they said 214. Now they admitted in 2015 that completed 153 of them. What the hell? 60 schools just disappeared off this “must-do list”? Unreal.
In 2014, they stated that there were 104 schools left to do. In 2015, it grew to 125. It’s grown again to 128. That only makes sense the longer they leave it. But what happened to the 60 schools in point #2 that just got dumped from the completed list?
Vancouver had the first tremor I’ve ever experienced in my life on December 30, 2015 – and though it was just 4.9 on the Richter scale, it shook my building with some significant ferocity and scared the crap out of me.
The “Big One” is coming. Everyone says it’s coming. Our provincial government is playing chicken with your kids’ safety by hoping/assuming it will be some day, in the far future.
If it’s tomorrow, I commit to digging the kids out of the schools in my area that are flattened by this nightmare. And the next day, we can march on the BC Legislature and areset the entire Cabinet for crimes against humanity.
15 years they have worked on this and they aren’t taking it seriously. That spent as much in ONE year on the new roof for BC Place as they did for nearly 4 years of school upgrades.
It’s time we get serious about this. Everyday people across Greater Vancouver kiss their kids goodbye and release them to a school that may fall on them later that same day.
You buy insurance for your home, your car, even vacation property at times – but the insurance needed to protect your kids is sadly lacking. Thank God they’ll soon be out of these potential death traps for the summer.
Let’s hope the Big One will have the decency to strike when no one is in harm’s way.
Take heart, Conservative voters! In this final weekend before Election Day, the conclusion of the longest election campaign in Canadian history, the pollsters are once again coronating the selfie-loving clown Justin Trudeau as our next Prime Minister. But the pollsters are not always right – in fact, sometimes they are both incorrect and actually guilty of attempting to rig the election results.
In what seems like a constant occurrence lately, we hear of election after election where a small or big “C” conservative in power didn’t have a snowball’s chance in Hell of winning his/her seat. Yet on election night, this candidate has some massive revival amongst voters, and end up winning some nonsensically unbalanced, TKO, majority-seat victory, much to the shock and horror of the pollsters, and the media outlets depending on their data to be accurate.
We could understand it if the win fell inside of the +/- for that survey or exit poll – but they don’t. Often it’s so blatantly obvious that the pollsters and pundits are attempting to hijack the election, get the leftist candidate in of their choice, while discounting the opposing candidates.
It’s easy enough to do. You just have to read a bit more background info into the polling method. I worked my way through 4 years of college by working for a market research firm, and learned quickly that you can make polling data say whatever you want:
What question did they ask? Was it a leading question – for example, “Albertans are notorious red necks. John Doe (Conservative) is an Albertan. Do you think John Doe shares your values?” Many might say “no, he sure doesn’t”, assuming he’s a redneck from the leading question – even though John Doe has 6 university degrees and only dressed up once as a redneck…for Hallowe’en. That particular poll respondent is also obviously completely out of touch with who John Doe is – especially if all they know of him they learned from the pollster’s question!
Where did the polling take place? For example, if you wanted to push for Liberals to look good, do all the phone survey work in traditionally Liberal ridings. Don’t tell me that doesn’t happen, because it often does.
Damaged professional ethics and possible illegalities aside, the pollsters who participate in these hijinks apparently don’t have any self-respect or pride in their career path, or they would try to be as accurate as possible. And why is it that they only seem to be REALLY wrong when the person happens to be a conservative?
While doing the Sunday talk show circuit, commentators and left-wing political “experts” (aka operatives for the Democrats in the U.S or Liberals / NDP in Canada) will official crown their candidate the heir apparent, and soon thereafter give the polling numbers that clearly back up their original hypothesis. Sounds logical at first.
Then comes Election Day – and all day long the same looney left dipsticks fill the 24-hour news cycle with “exit polling” to confirm again their anointed one is set to win. Who exactly did they poll and where? Then the polls close, and we learn (much to NO ONE’s surprise but these ‘experts’) the main conservative contender wiped them off the map – again, usually a small or big “C” conservative.
Coincidence? Not even remotely.
Harper, Trudeau or Mulcair – who will lead now?
The Canadian federal election is tomorrow – Monday, October 19. It has been a very long campaign – so long in fact, that both Justin Trudeau (Liberal – twice in fact!) and Thomas Mulcair (NDP) have been anointed the new Prime Minister of Canada, even though their polling data showed that the Conservatives were in fact ahead of both parties at the time.
Don’t let the pollsters discourage you from voting. Yes, they have Justin Trudeau 6 points ahead – and it suspiciously came out of nowhere. This is the same guy that a month ago was trailing in 3rd place. What exactly has he said or done in the last few months to look better, sound better, or be better as a leader. NOTHING. So once again, they are using polling method foolishness to try to rig an election and get a win for their guy.
I am praying, as are many people, that Canadians are not stupid enough to vote for Justin Trudeau’s party. He is a mindless bimbo who keeps putting his foot in his mouth everywhere he goes. He doesn’t deserve to be Prime Minister because people like his hair, or because his dad was. Only the most qualified should lead, and that will continue to be Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
Now, pollsters are pulling out this nonsense that the vast majority of people in Canada want “change”. I’d like to see the question that was asked for that one – as I don’t believe Canadians are bored with success. Desperate for a win, the Liberals and NDP even manufactured a recession at the beginning of the campaign, which quickly blew up in their faces. These leftwing jackasses will do anything to try to win. You must not let them. DO not stay home voteless on election day – it could be Canada’s most important election.
The future of our nation depends on you. On Monday, VOTE CONSERVATIVE.
According to Justin Trudeau, “the Liberal Party believes that terrorists should get to keep their Canadian citizenship.”
The reason? Trudeau says: “Because I do.”
Trudeau gave a speech in Winnipeg earlier this year where he discussed the Conservative attack ads against him declaring he was soft on terrorism.
He told the audience he believes a Canadian is a Canadian, no matter where they were born or what kind of heinous crimes they commit.
Trudeau went on to say he thinks it’s “very scary” that the government gets to decide if you can be a Canadian citizen if you were born in another country.
Who should decide this then? The local butcher? An archbishop? I thought that the government of a country seems the most LOGICAL choice to decide if a person should keep their citizenship or not.
Trudeau was of course reacting to the Conservative government’s letter September 26 sent to Zakaria Amara (a mastermind of the Toronto 18 terrorist plot) in the Quebec penitentiary where is he serving a life sentence, advising him that he is no longer a Canadian. He still holds citizenship in Jordan and could be deported there following his release from prison.
Let’s quickly recap what the Toronto 18 had planned to do to Canadians. They were accused of planning to detonate fertilizer truck bombs through the city of Toronto, to open fire in crowded areas, and to storm the Canadian Broadcasting Centre, the Canadian Parliament building, the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) headquarters, and the parliamentary Peace Tower to take hostages and to behead the Prime Minister and other leaders.
Should a man be Prime Minister of Canada if he defends a monster who wants to BEHEAD the Prime Minister of Canada? Trudeau is stupid as hell.
A poll conducted October 6 asked the question:
“CANADIAN CITIZENS, WHO ARE ALSO CITIZENS OF ANOTHER COUNTRY, WHO ARE CONVICTED OF TERRORISM OR TAKINGUP ARMS AGAINST CANADA SHOULD BE STRIPPED OF THEIR CITIZENSHIP AND DEPORTED WHEN THEY GET OUT OF PRISON. AGREE OR DISAGREE?”
A stunning 84% agreed with the statement, 69% strongly. Trudeau is once again on the wrong side of history and Canadians’ views, on this one. That high of a number must include Liberals, NDP and even immigrants themselves!
But it gets more bizarre. After the Munk Debate on Foreign Policy on October 15, Rebel Media asked Justin Trudeau what he thought then about stripping Nazi war criminals of their dual citizenship – which we did decades ago. In fact, we have stripped 50 people of their citizenship over the decades – this is hardly a new idea.
Revocation of citizenship can and should happen in situations where you became a Canadian citizenship under false pretenses…such as lying on their paperwork.”
Are you KIDDING ME? Lying on paperwork is worse than joining a foreign army plotting to destroy us? And sorry, I guess I misunderstood the situation – here I thought we threw the Nazi jackasses out of out of our beloved Canada and stripped them of their citizenships because:
They murdered 6 million Jews in gas chambers, shooting galleries and bonfires throughout Europe;
They exterminated a further 5 million people in concentration camps including gays, gypsies, political prisoners and others
A total of 50 million victims across Europe, Africa and Asia resulted from World War II, all of which was Hitler’s fault to begin with.
On election day, we cannot allow this schmuck Trudeau to govern Canada – he’s obviously too stupid . Vote CONSERVATIVE.
Last Sunday, August 2, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper called what some have calculated will be the longest election campaign in Canadian history, running 11 weeks (78 days) and culminating in the Monday, October 19 federal election.
At 316 km2, my home city of Surrey is the largest of the 24 municipalities making up Metro Vancouver, and is growing by more than 1,000/month, soon to overtake Vancouver as Western Canada’s largest city. As a result, all of Surrey’s ridings were recently redrawn, with the addition of one new riding. My own riding has been resized and renamed Surrey Centre (formerly Surrey North). Across BC, there are 6 brand new seats (we have a total of 42 now), making us one of the biggest battlegrounds in Canada for this federal election, along with Ontario and Alberta.
I’m so happy to see that the Conservative Party in my riding is clearly ready for that battle, having nominated a truly stellar candidate 3 months ago (May 3) – Mr. SUCHA THIND. Lawn signs are already popping up from their campaign all over the city.
Mr. Thind’s life story gives a face to the Canadian Dream at its best, reminding us how and by whom this fantastic country was founded and built. As a young university graduate, Mr. Thind immigrated to Canada in his 20s from India to start a new life for his family here, working in several local businesses when he first arrived.
Then, over 20 years ago, he founded Mainland Aluminum in Surrey, an aluminum railing business. He can be proud of his mentorship of an untold number of other business leaders in the area for decades, as well as being a strong employer for the region ever since.
In comparison, Mr.Jasbir Sandhu, our current NDP Member of Parliament, has done such an (cough) admirable job – I actually had to do a Google search to remind myself again who my MP was – and as you can see from my blog, I do tend to keep in touch with what’s going on out there.
Sandhu was elected first in 2011 on the “orange wave” (which I think crested years ago) of NDP popularity – when all kinds of less-than-stellar NDP candidates were swept into the role of Official Opposition under the leadership of the late Jack Layton – not because they were any good, but because the Liberal leader Michael Ignatieff was so bad. Thomas Mulcair – not much better. And it wasn’t a vote against the Conservatives either at the time – the party won their first majority government in that election.
Sandhu has worked as a “business analyst, a customs officer, a self-employed building contractor, a truck driver, taxi driver and factory worker” according to his site, and a “program manager” (whatever that involves) for 15 years at the Justice Institute. Wow – does that ever sound random. I’m not seeing what makes him particularly quailified to represent me in Ottawa, and I say that when he’s actually already done the job for the last 4 years. Thus I’ll be working my butt off to avoid a repeat performance.
As an MP, his website says he “advocated for his constituents by bringing attention to the issues facing students, seniors and veterans, and to challenges of the immigration system.” That’s a joke, right? As a constituency manager for an Alberta MLA for 3.5 years, I can say without hesitation that he just gave the basic job description of EVERY Member of Parliament. Big deal.
Sandhu’s campaign site then states:
“He has introduced legislation to restore federal protection for Bear Creek“. Bill C-538, An Act to amend the Navigable Waters Protection Act (Bear Creek) was introduced for First Reading June 16, 2013. On October 16, 2013 it was reinstated from the 1st to 2nd sessions of the 41st Parliament – which is where it died.FAIL
“[He introduced legislation] to provide funding for successful youth gang prevention programs”. Private Members Bill M-407, Youth gang prevention was“placed in the order of precedence” on June 18, 2015. after beomg resinstated from a previous session of Parliament on October 16, 2013. After two years, this is how far it’s gotten? His own site has a page entitled: “Let’s make youth gang prevention a priority”. Try to navigate to that page, however, and you get a “404 – Page Not Found” error in giant letters.SOME PRIORITY – FAIL.
Sandhu also sponsored a motion demanding an official apology for the Komagata Maru tragedy. May 28, 2012 he introduced a motion in the House. On August 3, 2008, Prime Minister Stephen Harper appeared at the Ghadri Babiyan Da Mela (festival) in Surrey, B.C., to issue an apology. People there were upset it wasn’t done in Parliament, but Jason Kenney stated the P.M. wasn’t going to repeat himself. End of that situation. FAIL
For those Conservatives who are ringing their hands about this upcoming election – calm down. I predict a lot more vote splitting on the left this time around with Trudeau as leader. I don’t see that being to the Conservatives detriment – Trudeau looks like a champ against the NDP’s Mulcair, but against our Prime Minister, he looks more like a chimp and a chump. He’s a hack with very little experience and no real talents to speak of, attempting to use Daddy’s name (good or otherwise) to advance his own fortunes.
And as for all the theatrics in the polls, showing Mulcair’s NDP actually leading in the country, a few thoughts. The media had crowned Trudeau the guy to beat in this election a few months ago, remember? That seems to have vanished. Worst case scenario and the NDP wins the election…the polls don’t suggest the Liberals even being the Opposition either. Shows how much the media gets it right.
Desperate to try to convince voters we need a change, the NDP and the Liberals are now pushing the “Canada is in a recession” monologue. Really? Based on what?
– the Globe & Mail‘s Michael Babad wrote in an August 10th Report on Business piece that Canada’s politicians should “stop saying we are in a recession“. The numbers just don’t support that theory yet.
– the unemployment rate, the most important of these signals, sits at 6.8%, and has remained exactly the same for the last six months in a row. According to Statistics Canada, our economy actually added 166,000 jobs since last year at this time. In fact, with over 1.2 million net new jobs since the 2009 recession, Canada’s economy is on the right track. And this despite the bad energy sector numbers of late.
Over the coming weeks of this historically-long campaign, we will profile the four key leaders going into this election (the Bloc will not be given the courtesy, as they are not a national party in any capacity): Prime Minister Harper (Conservative),Justin Trudeau (Liberal),Thomas Mulcair(NDP) and Elizabeth May(Green Party).
We have a clear choice between zero experience and dim ideas (Trudeau), the environmental lobby destroying our economy (May), a socialist with no personality (Mulcair)…
…or a man who has stood tall on the world stage for a decade (Stephen Harper), leading us out of near-Depression in 2009, building our credibility around the world, while making our economy the strongest of G8 members. Three Canadian cities in 2014 made the list of the top 10 most livable cities in the world (Vancouver #3, Toronto #4 and Calgary #5) .
The 2015 report from the Reputation Institute also ranked Canada as the #1 most reputable country in the world, based on a variety of environmental, political, and economic factors – for the third year in a row.
