Ready & Steady... ‘Til He Comes™ Shawn Jorgensen is the Founder and Editor of the Calling Out Community, a counter-culture collective of Christian conservatives, utilizing any tools available to communicate the truths about God, His relationship with mankind, and our responsibility to defend the liberties He gave us. Shawn earned a Bachelor of Theology and a Bachelor of Religious Education at an accredited private college in Edmonton, Canada in the early 1990s, and has since written hundreds of blog articles on Canadian and world politics, global religions, and conservative and Christian apologetics related to the most pressing issues of the day and many more - and has developed a following of over 27,000 - 3,000 of whom were added in one day, following his expose on the Creep Catchers anti-pedophile movement in Greater Vancouver. Shawn has produced 45 Youtube videos to date through CallOut Films, the official visual media arm of his Calling Out Community blog, including his series entitled "Last Days Dawning", which highlights Biblical prophetic events that are coming to pass in our modern day. To date, over 35,000 people have viewed his videos. Shawn has published over 200 articles for his blog, the Calling Out Community, with another 190 in process, on topics related to Christianity, perspectives from his Canadian homeland, topics related to conservatism vs. liberalism, and issues making the news around the world - and has grown a small following of over 27,000 to date. Shawn grew a much larger Twitter audience from 2014 to 2022 of 10,000+ followers and 11 million readers. He has mostly abandoned Twitter since then, due to the overly toxic and anti-Conservative nature of the platform. Shawn has also recently developed some success on Quora, the question and answer site, having written over 5,000+ answers to various questions from around the world related to conservatism vs. Liberalism, Christian theology and Christian living, and many topics related to moving to and living in Canada, his homeland. As of September 15, 2023, over 1.3 million people have read his responses, with over 7,700 upvotes and nearly 3,000 comments to date. In fact, his two most popular social media posts of all time are both found on Quora - one explaining what the world population would have been when Jesus was alive (63,000 readers) and a passionate defence of the global impact Canada had in World War II (49,000 readers).
